Sleep Success Workshop

Who is this for? If you have trouble with sleep or want to improve your sleep health, this workshop can help. You will learn more about the importance of a healthy sleep life and the consequences of not having healthy sleep. You will walk away with practical tools to implement right away.
What can I expect? An interactive small group setting (limited to 15 participants) to learn and grow together. This workshop will last for 3 hours, with time for breaks and a meal.
What is included with the price? In addition to the three hours of interaction and education, participants will get a workbook specifically curated by Emily to help improve sleep. Participants will also walk away with a high-quality t-shirt and a wonderful lunch.
When is this held? Workshops are held on select Saturdays from 11 AM to 2 PM. Please check the events page to find the next seminar dates.
What should I do if the date I want is not available? Our workshops fill up fast, so if the date you want is already full please contact Emily and she will be happy to add you to the wait list for the next opportunity to attend this amazing event.
